Exclusive and targeted qualitative annual audit  program of the medical facilities
In addition to the general updates and to accelerate the exclusive evaluation of the hospitals and clinics around the world, the CMN’s International Medical Committee launched a worldwide audit program based on similar evaluation criteria for all facilities visited.

Three doctors from CMN visit each continent every year, not only to evaluate the most efficient facilities, but also to identify those that does not fit the acceptable standards for our clients. This knowledge allows us to be ready to evacuate clients as quickly as possible to well recognized facilities.

The auditor doctors are selected by CMN’s International Medical Committee. All of them are still in medical practice, generally in an emergency service, and have a proven experience in the CMN’s techniques of medical regulation and transportation.

Every audit contains at least a hundred control points about several fields in the hospitable environment that include:

  • General and administrative information:
    • Accessibility and localization
    • Languages spoken by the staff, etc.
  • The quality of care, sanitation standards, presence/quality of care staff and medical equipment:
    • In a general overview (room quality, etc.)
    • The intensive care (ICU/CCU)
    • The surgery
    • The obstetrics/gynecology
    • The testing (Labs, X-rays, etc.)

After a detailed analysis of every facility, the auditor doctor assigns a global grade to the visited facility according to the following scale:

Ranking Level

0

Non recommended Facility requiring evacuation of the patient as quickly as possible to a higher level Facility

3

Acceptable Facility for some simple pathology but having a poor quality in some fields

6

Acceptable Facility making it possible to provide good overall care of patients

9

Facility of reference can treat a large majority of pathologies with excellent care

Once completed, the information is downloaded in CMN’s global database (EGSD) and is accessible by our employees around the world.
