For Healthcare Providers:
For healthcare providers – including doctors, clinics, hospitals, air ambulance companies, medical equipment, and other healthcare service suppliers - who are contracted directly with CMN, contracted through another relationship, or who have never dealt with CMN before, our dedicated staff will:
- arrange a contract relationship that enables you to accept and treat patients at a billable rate that is fair to you, our clients, and our insured patients
- provide comprehensive clinical, insurance coverage, and other applicable information that allows you to quickly understand and provide care for the patient
- provide timely, clear, and comprehensive authorization that guarantees your payment for eligible services, and provide information on the services and charges not covered through the patient’s insurance
- process claims and ensure eligible billed charges are paid in a timely manner, with clear explanations about the payment breakdowns, decisions, and contract applications
- act as the liaison between our patient, his or her family, our client, and all participants involved in providing services for the patient
