Changes to CMN Reporting Process and Access of Information to our Clients
CMN is please to announce that in addition to the services already provided to our clients, we will be providing all of our contracted government and insurance clients with free access to our proprietary Web Enterprise Portal. In order to support those clients not currently utilizing this service, CMN will be conducting a series of free web based training demonstrations that can be booked at your earliest convenience with your Account Executive or by emailing sales@cmn-global.com.
The Web Enterprise Portal is a web based, fully encrypted and HIPAA compliant tunnel into the CMN database. Access to the portal is password protected and client specific. All information accessed will be reflected in real time, .NET based and can be accessed at your convenience via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This step into the future reflects CMN’s ongoing mandate that the services and information housed in our database is the property of our clients. This move will allow increased autonomy to our clients in accessing their own information and will replace monthly reports previously distributed from our office via paper and email.
Additionally, CMN is committed to finding opportunities to become more environmentally friendly by decreasing our carbon footprint and the use of biodegradable and non-biodegradable products in our office. By choosing to move over to this method of reporting, our clients will be helping us achieve this very important commitment.
For those clients that are already taking advantage of and enjoying this service through Web Ex there will be no change to your access and for our other clients, welcome on board.
Web based demonstrations of the Web Enterprise Portal will be conducted at your earliest convenience and should be attended at your discretion by the person or persons designated in your office to utilize this tool. Demonstrations will require no more that one hour.
How do you get your company on board?
- Designate an administrator to whom CMN will provide the company specific password.
(The administrator will have the autonomy to provide or remove access to colleagues and create their own team.)
- Contact your Account Executive directly or email sales@cmn-global.com to set up your 1 hour web based demonstration for the administrator and designated team.
- Enjoy the freedom of accessing reports and detailed member specific information 24 hours a day,
7 days a week in real time.
