CMN Team Profile: Provider Relations
Over the course of the last several years, CMN has dedicated a significant amount of time to building a team that is focused on establishing new relationships with healthcare providers in the US and around the world and to strengthen the existing relationships with our preferred providers. The strength of these relationships has allowed our clients, which include insurance companies and government entities around the world and patients to access affordable healthcare at world-class faculties.
In order to get a better perspective and understanding of how the team benefits providers, clients and patients, we spent some time with two of the team’s key members, Peter Nardi and Nadia Lubsey.
How does the team benefit providers?
The team acts as an advocate for both current and prospective providers in CMN’s network. Additionally, the team is responsible for contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to existing contract terms and to work with our clients and providers to ensure that patients can access quality care efficiently. An added benefit that the team offers providers is that they act as a liaison when contentious issues arise to ensure that an amicable solution is found.
How does the team benefit CMN clients?
As we all know, healthcare cost are continually on the rise. CMN’s preferred provider network boasts some of the top medical facilities in the US and around the world and the team is dedicated to establishing and nurturing successful partnerships with providers to help contain and reduce these costs for our clients.
How does the team benefit patients?
The primary benefit that the team offers the patient is seamless access to the best possible medical care and service, while reducing or limiting their out-of-pocket financial liability. We understand that traveling overseas to receive care can be a stressful experience for patients and their families. The team’s excellent relationships with the international departments of these facilities help to alleviate this stress and provides the highest level of comfort for patients while receiving care.
