For Insured Members (Patients)

 

When one of our clients’ insured members (patient) requires medical care, either emergency or planned, our dedicated case managers and claims staff will:

 

  • in concert with the patient’s primary care physician, advise and make arrangements for the patient to receive the best-possible medical care and service at an optimal healthcare provider, and ensure the level of care and service are within the terms of the patient’s insurance policy
  • arrange for the patient’s insurance to be accepted by the healthcare provider and ensure that all claim charges are processed and paid so the patient need not worry about expensive up-front payments
  • continually monitor the case to ensure the patient’s treatment, care and service are appropriate in terms of quality, efficacy and cost
  • provide ongoing communications and assistance to the patient, his or her family members, and all other participants involved during the health episode. This ensures peace of mind for all
